If you do NOT open or use the item, you are entitled to a total refund of your purchase price within 30 days after item delivered. Due to the customization of the products, we do not accept refund requests due to satisfaction.
To ensure an efficient refund, you are supposed to provide us with related purchase information such as order number, purchase date and product SKU etc.
Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. If your shipment is delayed in transit or returned to us before reaching its destination, refunds for returns will only be processed once we receive the shipment back.

Refunds & Replacements
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within one business day, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will send the replacement to you or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment, in one business day.
