You can cancel your order by contacting customer service before your order is shipped, if your order is already shipped, you will need to start a return procedure after your order is received.

You can contact customer service to change your shipping address if 1) your order are not been picked up by the carrier yet. 2) your order is shipping through free shipping. We can’t change your shipping address if your package is on the way, if you chose FedEx as your shipping method, you will need to contact customer service to resubmit your order and recalculate the shipping fee.

Your order will arrive in 3-7 business days according to your shipping address. if you desire to receive your order sooner, you can choose FedEx Overnight during checkout, You will be charged additionally due to this shipping method.

While we are doing our best to fulfill product availability, some products may be temporarily out of stock due to high demand and supply chain shortages. If you are willing to purchase a product that is currently out of stock, you can find the estimated ship time on the product page, after purchasing, you will receive your order as soon as it is back in stock.

If your package arrives with any sign of damage, please contact customer service immediately without moving or opening the package. In order to start a refund or replacement process, all packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. The packaging and item(s) shipped must not be sent back to us until a claim is complete.
