We offer free shipping to all of our products. You can also choose FedEx Overnight service during check out to receive your order earlier(Addtional fees applies).

When will my order arrive?

Most of orders will be shipped within one business day (Except backorders). Once shipped, your order will arrive in one to five business days. It will arrive sooner if you choose FedEx overnight during check out (Addtional fees applies).

How to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contacting customer service before your order is shipped, if your order is already shipped, you will need to start a return procedure after your order is received. You can find our return policy here.

How to change my delivery address?

You can contact customer service to change your shipping address if 1) your order are not been picked up by the carrier yet. 2) your order is shipping through free shipping. We can’t change your shipping address if your package is on the way, if you chose FedEx as your shipping method, you will need to contact customer service to resubmit your order and recalculate the shipping fee.
